The Future of Spatial Computing
Starts with EveryPoint

EveryPoint is redefining 3D reconstruction, and we’re looking for innovative minds to help us push the boundaries.
Join a small, passionate team where your contributions shape the future of spatial computing.

Our Story

For many of us there comes a point in our career where we ask ourselves, what exactly am I capable of achieving?

At EveryPoint we are quietly charting our own path and are always creating opportunities for you to do the same. We bring together trustworthy, innovative pioneers with a deep desire to solve big, real-world problems, who want to work alongside a no-drama leadership team. We question, we test, we challenge each other until we’ve taken an idea and turned it into something real, on our own terms.

With progressive work in advanced image processing and 3D reconstruction, our challenge is to build and deliver new products that help people do their jobs better. To do this, we solve a constant flow of new and complex problems. We think on our feet. We face constant pressure to perform, and we aren’t waiting for someone to tell us how to get there. We are energized by high stakes and hard work, because we’re surrounded by people who have our back and best interests at heart, and you will too.

To get to the point of possibility, then break through takes a continuous cycle of curiosity, tenacity, and embracing failure. We build intelligent software solutions that can only come from no-nonsense, courageous pioneers. Because some days, your only reward is a tougher problem to solve. And that’s the point.

Reasons Not to Work at EveryPoint

EveryPoint isn’t for everyone. In fact, we are so dialed in on what it takes to thrive here, that we’ve documented the top 5 reasons we might not be for you. We fully expect this list to turn most people away. And that’s the point. We want to hear from the select few who lean in with curiosity after learning what makes us tick.

Not Cool at Dinner Parties or Tech Meetups

When you work at EveryPoint, you’ll find there’s no bragging rights over known logos, partners, or funds. So, depending on the company you keep, most people won’t be easily impressed or even know what you do. It doesn’t make for interesting conversation until you’re sitting across from someone who really gets it and is willing to geek out on the complexity of our work and the moral fulfilment that comes from helping our customers.

If You Want a Higher Salary and a Lower Bar

When you join EveryPoint, you’ll work alongside top leaders in their fields. You’ll be part of something that is profitable, productive, and growing. But excellence doesn’t breed ego. Our team leaders are empathetic, thrive on collaboration, and are driven as much by supporting your success as achieving their own. Together, you’ll set high standards, deliver results, and celebrate wins, all while expanding your own marketability.

Complex and Changing Priorities

If it’s structure and routine you’re looking for, this isn’t the place for you. There’s a good chance your priorities will frequently change and ambiguity and agility to adapt quickly to a new reality is just par for the course. No two days are ever the same and you’ll never be bored or traveling through a week on autopilot.

Undefined Product Roadmap

To some, the idea of inventing the future is exciting and a source of inspiration. To others it can be frustratingly unpredictable and difficult to get a handle on what’s expected and required. If you need guidance and rigid planning, EveryPoint is not a good match for you.

It’s Going to Feel Like Chaos Most of the Time

At EveryPoint, we all have too many things to do, and never enough time or resources. Growth and excellent customer service is an imperative that demands real-time pivoting, problem solving, and being comfortable with what’s just dropped in your lap. It takes a certain type of resilience and mindset to push through and embrace the rapid, thoughtful change around you.

What You’ll Gain at EveryPoint

If you’re drawn to the challenges we embrace, here’s what you can expect from working with us:

Autonomy and Ownership

From day one, you’ll have the freedom to take initiative, wear multiple hats, and make a real impact. We trust our team to lead, experiment, and grow.

Fast-Paced Problem Solving

EveryPoint moves fast. You’ll tackle complex, evolving challenges with a team that values quick thinking, adaptability, and innovation.

Collaboration Over Ego

We believe great work happens when smart people work together. Our team culture is built on trust, respect, and a shared drive to solve tough problems.

Shape The Future

There’s no set playbook here—you’ll help define the roadmap. If you thrive in ambiguity and love turning ideas into reality, you’ll fit right in.
